Back on lunch, I have an M&S chicken & stuffing sandwich, and a fruit salad... I feel like I need some goodness!

As for popworld, it featured the most annoying presenters of any programme in the history of TV ever!!!!! I bloody hated it.

Just had Nigella's salmon, Nigella's baked squash and someone's spinach - all for ?1.85. Super subsidized staff canteen.

Had a client meeting this morning and was supposed to take said client to a swanky restaurant for lunch afterwards (on expenses). Client was too busy so meeting ended I came back to the City and ended up with a wrap from Pret, which I had to pay for. Bah humbug - it was better yesterday in the pub!
