I know this is no business of mine but feel obliged to mention - I am in process of having sold my home & am currently looking for a new one. We have chosen not to buy a couple of otherwise perfect properties on the basis of artificial grass. The kids have had friction burns on knees after skidding on it at other peoples houses & it is really expensive to lift.
