LB - Pick up a blue and white scarf and join me and kpc in the Birmingham City Supporters Club (East Dulwich Branch). We can explain all you need to know about what football is really about - the pain of losing, and the occasional joy of winning.... and the singing....did I mention that?!

Start by supporting your local team. That would be Dulwich Hamlets or Millwall.

Get warm underwear and big woolly scarf. Learn a few phrases to be shouted at apt times, eg, "Who is the elegant athelete in the black who seems a trifle myopic?".

Go with friends and consume lots of hot bovril or beer. If you choose Millwall, the pies outside the ground are better than inside.

Enjoy.

I forgot to say - we can teach you the off-side rule too.

Haha, love it.

As a Liverpool fan living Peckham my husband does regularly go to support Dulwich Hamlet and is now one of the pink and blue army.

Although you don't need the warm clothes for Dulwich Hamlet as you can watch from the bar - result.

Extremely gracious post! Thanks. Thought it was a pretty good game. First 20 minutes were all Brum, then it evened out. Home advantage swung it, but if that goal had been given then it would have been interesting!!

Agreed - at half-time felt that we were in control and that there was very little threat - think there were half a dozen times when you passed the ball out of play. Pompey stepped it up after the break and we didn't respond. Too many players had a poor second halfd. The first goal may have been scrappy but the second was well taken and a killer punch. And we really didn't create much in the second half. Talking to Blues fans after, nearly everyone felt let down by the team. Just make sure you do the right and proper thing if you get V***a in the semis.

His outfit is terrible! He looks like he cries like a girl! He's owned by someone sinister! His manager has a face like a bull dog licking p*ss off a thistle! Anyhoo I dislike men who are prettier than me.

    • I'm pretty sure I've seen a guy that fits that description hanging around the area of LL in the past, I noticed him because he had a crazy look in his eye and was quite tall, skinny scruffy and dressed in black, looked like he was on drugs tbh..but the guy I recall was definately nearer 40 and his hair was balding in the centre somehow..in a kind of U shape. I just got a 'dont make eye contact' with him vibe. I hope they catch him soon its very scary..and I wish his victim a swift recovery.
    • Another recommendation for Jafar, who went way above and beyond to fix my boiler today after I’d managed to lock myself out of my flat, including going to collect a spare set of keys for me so I could race back to work. Great to have someone so reliable that I know I can call on.
    • Sadly the actions as described (unprovoked frenzied attack by a stranger) suggest psychotic behaviour, possibly drug induced and therefore, if so, possibly not the result of an inherent wickedness. If he is locked away for a long time it may be section not sentance which achieves this.
    • She holds many of Epstein's secrets. She was acquainted with him from around 1990 and remained intimately associated with him for more than 25 years until his death n 2019. She crated a photo album that featured Peter Maxwell and in all probability created other albums chronicling Epstein's interactions with other prominent individuals in politics, finance, economics and less savory practices.  Allegations have emerged about Einsteins association with Donald Trump , Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew and not forgetting Peter Mandelson..  She was recently been transferred to a less severe penitentiary and was interviewed by a state attorney. Will Trump grant her a pardon in due course?
