Just returned from watching the match...and yep, although DE-LIGH-TED with the United/Chelsea score, I do think Chelsea were a bit unlucky today. As for Fulham/City...>:D<

BTW, did anyone else think that the ref. in the United/Chelsea match was just a little card-happy? Or is it just me?

Not even close.

At 1-2 down I still felt that we'd go on to win. Davis smashing the bar a minute into the second half confirmed this.

Wrongly disallowed goal too. Could have a should have been more.

I haven't seen many Lesser Spotted Scousers this shooting season, must be hiding in the bushes...Otta pops his head up from time to time though.

Nice result and performance by Spurs. They shouldn't have taken their foot off, might regret it, as it looks like they could be your main rivals for 4th place...a complete thumping would've knocked the confidence out of them a la L'Arse.

Not sure I remember writing this. However was convinced Celtic would win. Disappointed to see the Gers are just as diligent under Ally as they were under Walter.

I guess we can put the loss down to our tough European committments though, which Rangers have been spared......?

There’s also a step up into Maria’s - much smaller but you need to negotiate the step and door at the same time. Olivelli has more room and if I remember right the toilets are on the ground floor. A consideration if steps are an issue The Lordship might be an option. Noise is not usually an issue. We’ve enjoyed various meals there. The ladies toilets are on the same floor as the tables (the gents may be upstairs). The staff are always friendly

    • But all those examples sell a wide variety of things,  and mostly they are well spread out along Lordship Lane. These two shops both sell one very specific thing, albeit in different flavours, and are just across the road from each other. I don't think you can compare the distribution of shops in Roman times to the distribution of shops in Lordship Lane in the twenty first century. Well, you can, but it doesn't feel very appropriate. Haa anybody asked the first shop how they feel? Are they happy about the "healthy competition" ?
