Morning all,

It occured to me this morning that its a year ago today that I damaged my knee playing football. I havently played since and am desperately missing it (as sad as that may seem to some of you.

I was wondering if anyone played 5 or 6 a side or have a kick around locally that I could join in on. I am looking for a semi competitive gamwe to see if I can still kick a ball!

Suggestions would be very much appreciated.

I'm not sure SJ, my hunch is that 6/4 is more instantly comparable to 7/4 & 5/4...Quids, Mick Mac, any thoughts?

I think it allows bookies to show odds moving 5/4 to 6/4 to 7/4 in smaller increments with a consistent denominator.

It's decimal on spread betting EP...you have to add 1 to the fraction, therefore it becomes 3.5...

ETA: I've just realised EP had already added the 1, 6/4 is 2.5...smart arse ;-)

We've been playing champions league football for years prior to this season, so one season out won't kill us, just ask Mancs, Liverpool, ohh and of course your mob. Lets see how you're doing after playing us, Everton, Chavski, and Man Ure in the coming weeks. Might be a case of what gap?
