Unfortunately Peter Herbert effectively is the Society of Black Lawyers, or at least he's the Chairman, and I think he was a founder. My purely personal opinion is that he is a very ho-hum lawyer who has made race relations/racial politics his main activity (nothing wrong with that) but is also a rampant self-publicist, and the whole Chelsea/Clattenburg story reeks of the latter.

I'm Chelsea'd out, the sooner the FA reports it's findings the better.

Any thoughts on the England game tonight?

Can't see the logic of having a mid-week friendly at this time of year, but looks like the Royster is treating it as an opportunity to blood some youngsters*, which can only be good. A shame Wilshire and Cleverley aren't both playing, would've liked to see how they got on together in midfield.


*I'm Zaha'd out too...

SFL to revitalise Scottish footy by re-merging the Premier League with the rest and renaming their leagues Premiership, Championship and Div 1 with play-offs etc etc...

Does anyone know how to adjust the picture settings on a widescreen TV, I'm worried I might miss half of the game...

Ha bloody ha,


Newcastle, Stoke, Norwich and Reading have a higher long ball %age right now -


Spurs, Everton, Villa and West Brom are not so far off either and the Irons reliance on the hoof has decreased over the last few games.


That said, a neck brace might be a wise precaution quids.

      It's like that most of the time.  Like many, I can only use it at certain times due to work hours and the queue is always out of the door, that said it does tend to move pretty quickly.  Think I was in and out in 25 mins last time which I would call a success! Don't mind Sue, think she woke up on the wrong side of the Post Office queue this morning!

      Interesting, because I've been going throughout the past few years with different sets of kids and the parents i'm with have always said it's cold. Also spoke to a couple in passing the past weekend and one even said that's why she never brings her 18 month old because it's too cold. Thanks for your feedback. Maybe it's the room temperature that's throwing me off. But the showers are way definitely way warmer than the pool itself.

      Twice this month I’ve used the PO upstairs at the old WH Smith’s in Forest Hill. Very helpful and efficient with no long wait. But it’s sods law with post office queues, you just never know.
