edcam
Perhaps you should try talking to him about it. Lots of people have disturbed sleep, it doesn't mean there's necessarily anything to worry about. Why do you start every word with a capital letter? Laddy Muck
Night terrors? Might need to see a sleep specialist. His GP may refer him if necessary. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/19781-advice-needed/#findComment-478067 Share on other sites

Huguenot
Exactly, it's a perfectly normal condition, and plenty of ways with dealing with it. :)Don't panic - usually a sleep therapist, a GP, a good mate, changing your job or a bigger salary will solve it.I used to suffer as a side effect of stress. Now it's gone I rather resent it, I found it rather cathartic. There was something incredibly soothing when I came to my senses, realised I was okay, and my gf of the time said 'shush now you idiot' ;-) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/19781-advice-needed/#findComment-478077 Share on other sites
