Have you suffered from post-natal anxiety? Would you be willing to share your experience and thoughts on camera? I?m a broadcast journalist and I?m making a short video with the aim of raising awareness and destigmatising this illness. So many women are suffering alone. I would like to reflect the experience of mums who?ve come out the other side, so that others going through it ? and their families - can identify their symptoms and receive the understanding and support they need.

If you?re up for talking and would like to be a part of this, please PM me with your details and I?ll give you a call, confidentially, to discuss further. NB: I?m doing this because it?s something I feel strongly about. It?s not financed, I?m motivated by my own experience and the need for change.

Hi all

We're filming this Friday in East Dulwich (in a lovely homely environment). I'm still looking for a couple more mums to tell their story. It won't take too long, around one hour and we have allocated filming slots. Anyone who'd like to take part, please PM me! Thanks X

For all those who've been in touch, here is the link to the final edit, released today to mark Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week.

Please do feel free to like & share to your social media pages. We really hope this will speak to so many mums that might be struggling. Thanks Xxx

Thanks Daisy, I've watched, commented, liked and shared. Well done and thank you.

I wonder if you could add some information to the film or the info box about what women can do who might feel this way? Contact the mother and baby unit at their local hospital would be my suggestion as some GPs are not so good at recognising the symptoms of this. I'm working with Kings at the moment to help improve local services for PND/PNA and know that access to useful information is hard, especially when you are in such a state of anxiety and panic.

Thank you again for doing this x
