2 wickets down already! I was hoping to end today with Cook & Strauss still at the wicket and 75 - 100 on the board. THere's still some batting to go but doesn't look too good - would be a good bet tho'.

No chance now. Have Australias bowlers found their form, or have England's batsmen just had a shocker? Probably a bit of both, but hopefully more the latter, as that's easier to overcome. At least Ponting is still having a shocker!

The Aussies were always going to come back, they couldn't be that bad throughout.

Fortunately, Johnson shouldn't get as much bounce in the last two tests as he has in Perth. Game on!

Yup, halfway through and this series is just starting to get interesting. The psychological (or is that mental) game is getting going.

I must say I?m pretty impressed by Johnson. If he hadn?t come back like a man possessed this match would have looked very different.
