Perhaps the Services of the Local Parking Sqaud should be employed.

After all you only have so leave your car parked illegaly for 30 seconds to get a ticket..

No.. that creates revenue.. why would southwark council spend any time / money trying to

catch this persistent offender that might result in a small fine and an anti social behaviour order.

Fox..

I can imagine the scene in magistrates': "Yes, m'lud, I set up my webcam overlooking the main road not to film local girls, but to attempt to ensnare a local miscreant who we believe, but have no proof, to be a cab driver.

"He routinely drops bottles of urine off outside strangers' houses, sometimes by the carrier bag full, and has been doing piss-istently for several months now".

You'd get laughed out of court!

Dear Taxi Driver.

If I can be of assistance to you, if you are having peoblems with getting to a urinal.

Do you know that there is an answer to your frustration.

I have just invented, and it is up for Copyrite,

The Shorty Travelling Urinal.

A hole one inch in diameter is drilled in the car floor between the legs of the driver, a short hose is fitted to a very large funnel, this would facilitate if you are being caught short.

It is recommended to be used whilst stationary parked over or near a drain.

Should the occasion be very urgent, it could be used while on the move, hopefully with no passengers aboard.

There is not a likelihood of being detected as the water that is spilling under the car, could easily be thought to be from the cars radiator.

No plastic bottles.

No chance of being caught placing them on display.

Should you wish me to fit one for you ( Free of charge ) Send personal Message.

This apparatus has been tried and tested attached to a Zimmer frame.

You wouldn't need to go to court - that would be far in excess of the crime itself. You just need evidence of the miscreant sufficient for the SNT or environmental health chaps to pop around with an 'informal' warning.

There's not one bloke creating that much piss, it's at least 5 of them who probably run a business. They don't want local plod getting too interested so they'd soon cease and desist.

Hi

Yes, all very mysterious

several sighting over the last few months, I've snapped them occasionally.

Worlingham Road on the connectivity cabinet, also at the front door of the Edenbridge, down Crawthew

I've had similar theories, waste oil, Market trader or camper van inhabitant.

I think they can all be ruled out

Its too runny for oil, It may be piss, but the white residue doesnt help, except the perp is clearly saving them up.

I presume this is a crime of fly tipping, and there may be fingerprints.

Residents need to push this with the powers that be. ( CSI ED perhaps )

Here's some pics for reference

In my opinion, someone slightly ( or more ) disturbed , wanting to piss a few people off ( yes pun intended )

This is a deliberate act to attract attention.

The person doing this could easily just pour this stuff down the nearest drain.

They seem to be trying to create mistique and intrigue.. ???

During a short period of EDF activity on the subject, was there not a ceasation of these incidents. ??

Now that people are talking again, they seem to of started again.

Or was it just a case that they have continued but people were just not reporting it.

I suggested this way back in this Thread.. That this person is trying to create Mystique.

Looks upon himself as you say like a Banksy...

It will continue until people here ignore it..

I'm certain this Creep will be monitoring this site..

Fox.

Apart from some of the bloggers, the rest of you just guess away, those who witnessed and see these bottles shod report it to the police, the next person who finds these bottles - please dial 999 and ask for the police, it should be investigated upon, it could be harmful and dangerous...

    • Well good for you, I don't feel safe. And saying why don't I go and live somewhere else is crass.  Yes London is lawless, open your eys and see the reality.
    • Also, as discussed on another thread, that particular  assailant was possibly (we don't know)  mentally ill. Whereas I'm guessing most crimes locally are   committed for money, (ie things that can be sold), food (if someone is really desperate, or to sell) or just pure mischief (like the recent goings on on Peckham Rye). I'm a 76 year old woman, and I feel safe on the streets, and I frequently go to Central London. If you seriously don't feel safe living here, why on earth don't you go and live somewhere else?! It's absolute nonsense to say London is lawless, and it's absolute nonsense to say the police stand by and do nothing. There will always be crime. It used to be cutpurses and highwaymen. And organised gangs of thieves. And people like Jack the Ripper.
    • No it is not, it is a fact whether you like it or not. Do you feel safe on the streets, because I don't, do you go too central London, I don't as I don't feel safe. No one knows if someone is i) carrying a weapon or a knife and ii) you don't know what will trigger them to use it. So feel free to live in your bubble, but the reality is London is lawless and the police stand by and do nothing.
    • Leon responded quickly to my online enquiry and to follow-up texts when arranging a date for the work. He replaced a faulty switch for my outdoor sensor light. I expected it would be difficult to find an electrician willing to take on such a small job. So I was really pleased to find Leon and would definitely recommend him.
