Team sports are a good way to socialise as well as get fit. If you are highly self-motivated solo activities may give you greater flexibility over where and when you exercise. You can ensure you are always motivated by setting achievable weekly and monthly goals. The best exercise is that which you can incorporate into your daily activities.
