Looking for local business reciprocal web back links

We are looking for local businesses with web sites with which we can create reciprocal back links. We are a locally based ecommerce (B2C) business with a busy web site. Part of its success is due to top grade Google search rankings.

A key determinant of search ranking position is the number of back links to other active quality web sites. That is why we are looking to establish contact with other local web site owners so that we can set reciprocal back links. Such links bring tangible benefits to both parties. They boost each site's Google rankings immediately and generate increased traffic.

These URL links can be invisible to visitors to the web sites but easily read by Google search. Google search reads more than just the visible text. Google is able, for example, to read a URL placed under a full stop at the end of a sentence or any other obscure location such as in the footer.
