I have bought off ebay 2 curtains the same as I already have.Excellent condition

They are Laura Ashley peony garden cranberry but too short. I knew this when I bought them and thought of lengthening one of them myself, to make one longer curtain out of the two. I have now decided an interlining would be nice as I have interlining on the other curtains in that same room.

Can you lengthen the one curtain which is 72 inches, to 84 inches using the spare curtain and interline it?

If so, what would it cost?
