New owner of High Vibe studio

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to take the time and introduce myself to all on the forum and it would be great if you all could pop down to the studio sometime and say Hi ;-) or do a free session on me.

excited to be apart of the community and help to get everyone more fit and happy.

Why not post information on your classes etc on here with the location and opening times!

I have some time back and found it really effective. You still have to exercise of course - but I did seem to get stronger much quicker than just doing weights etc. I have to admit it's been a while though as I can't afford regular lessons any more (and natural laziness on my side!). It was about the only time in my life I had muscle tone!

How much was it if you don't mind me asking!

I'm sorry - I don't remember what it was at that time - it was about 7 years ago when I went to HighVibes. Before that I went for a while to a place near Tower Bridge.

Just looked on the website though and it is ?20 a session - but it's cheaper when you book a number of sessions - going down to about ?14 each for 20.

Thats seems inline with classes like pilates, yoga etc. Damn - you've got me thinking of going back now!!

    • I’d also recommend Paul for electrical work. He came round the other week to help us out with a handful of jobs (installing an SPD, new light fittings, installing a dimmer switch, a bathroom fan). His quote was cheaper than what I got from others, he turned up on time and he got the job done quickly.
    • We’d like to add our recommendation for Lukasz and team at L&L Building & Maintenance.  Lukasz has recently installed a roof terrace for us, and we’ve found him a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We contacted about a dozen recommended builders and found his quote very competitive. During the build his team delivered quality work, they were no hassle in the house at all and they kept the place tidy every day. The terrace looks great, and we’re very happy customers. What stood out in particular was Lukasz’s responsiveness, right from discussing quotes to follow-up during the build. Lukasz often checked in and was always available when we needed him.  We’ll definitely contact Lukasz again for future building work and we’d happily recommend him to others looking for a reliable builder.   Lukasz Kugaczewski L&L Building & Maintenance 07926651960 [email protected] www.landl-build.com
    • Yes, I did mention the train, which I now get from East Dulwich to Guys instead of the 40. Depends where in East Dulwich you are starting from which route is easiest! I think it is probably lack of staff rather than lack of hospitals which is the problem?
    • What can be done? How about reporting it to the police?
