First I would like to thank Michael P. for organising last night.

Was a good turn out and once again great company.


I'm feeling fine..


The Food was not good.


Cold Plates..


My Curry was stone cold. Tasted like the the vinegary paste you get in supermarket jars.


My Onion barghi was dry .. and cold.


Poppadoms were Hard .. and cold


Mushroom rice was greasy.


Roti was just a hard crisp.


Staff were indifferent.


And it is the most expensive.. curry house


Have not been there for over 8 or so years because I had a poor meal then.


Pretty dismal.. Will not be going back.

No I am fine too but it coul just have been something in your dish! Yeah the food and plates at our end of the table were cold! Portions were pretty small too for the mains given the price! Sounds like fergus is banned from picking the restaurant next time 😉

Not their finest hour it has to be said. My food was OK, but that is all. An expensive meal which was mediocre in its quality.


I felt OK this morning, as I crawled out of bed at 5am!


I have ?20 left over as a whip for next time.


Ganapati I think we discussed?

Hurrah!


I have booked a table for 10 people at 8.30pm. This is the biggest booking that Ganapati can take, so its a max of 10 people.


I think that this will be a popular place, so priority will go to those people that have been regulars over the past months. If you could post your interest as soon as possible.

      The receptionist did request a phone call and there was an issue where seeing the symptoms would have been helpful , plus I had questions I wanted to ask - but I just got a text with very generic advice (e.g. if X happens, go to A&E).  You can definitely request routine appointments by phone. Perhaps it's at the doctor's discretion with same day ones.  Having said all that, I think it's a pretty good surgery compared to some.

      I recommend Andy—he was punctual, tidy, resourceful, clear about timing and pricing, and did quality work at relatively short notice. I would use his services again and have already recommended him to friends.

      You can still  request a phone appointment with a doctor, I think, if it's an issue you need to ask questions about? Or, I have had questions quickly answered by a GP  via their online system. Hopefully all this is teething problems, and the staff as well as patients are having to get to grips with a relatively new system. I can fully understand that it is much better all round if GP face to face appointments are saved for things that need a physical examination, and it must mean that patients who do need one  are seen more quickly than under the old system?
