Good places to fish

Hi there - my boyfriend has just moved to the area and is looking for a good place within an hours drive (not Essex) for him to go carp fishing?? Anyone on here that can help??

And from over the road, if your aim is good, you just might be able to cast straight through the front door of Moxon's. Should be able to reel in a nice cod fillet or two.
