Not many churches/crematoriums are that IT savvy Hugs ;-)

Karen, if you can't get a cd from a forumite, you could always try the local library, according to their blurb...

The library contains a comprehensive collection of music cds, including the largest collection of classical cds in Southwark, as well as the borough's collection of music scores.

have you tried your funeral director? When my Mum died the FD asked whether we wanted to bring our own CDs or have them provide the music as they had a large collection of CDs to play at the chapel. We decided on 3 pieces of music by my mum's favourite singers and provided the Cds ourselves ( Bridge over troubled water Simon & Garfunkel,

Bring him home from Les Mis Michael Ball and Time to say Good Bye -Russell Watson and Hailey Wesmera)

Crematoriums have ipods and CD players. At least, every one I have worked in.

Some also have their own libraries of stuff as well.

Looks like DJKillaQueen has sorted this, so thanks to her.

The lady who is the Crem Assistant at Honor Oak did the iPod music for me last week, and happens to be a neighbour and I think a member of this forum now.

And like everyone else has said, I am sorry for your loss.

    • Ha ha that's hilarious - how wonderfully embarrassing for Reform!
    • Closing down completely. The lovely people there are all retiring. Thanks, but Deptford is a long way to go to make two journeys to  take and collect a car! Do they not do even relatively minor repairs if it fails its MOT first time? Then that would require four journeys 😭 Wondering if there's already a thread on here for garage recommendations? People on my road WhatsApp group have recommended some local ones. I'm particularly gutted because apart from the lovely people who worked there,  Dell was a five minute walk for me!
    • I did think that might be the reason, but five years out of seven it's going to be a weekday (I think. Not sure how leap years might affect things!)
    • Probably because the 5th was a weekday. We still have the weekend to come. Also, some fireworks going off nearly every night for the last few months. Last night something was being let off that made a very deep booming noise every 10 seconds or so. That said, if the general public are beginning to see the harm done by firework noise and choosing to use low noise options and refusing to support organised events that still use the full throttle type, I for one would be very happy. Does anyone know if the Herne Hill Velodrome Halloween fireworks event used low noise options?
