I called this number for Orange 0800 0790440 it's a free phone number from landline.

2/3 masts around Underhill Road are down. An engineer is scheduled to fix one of them asap. Thhe other they believe has no power as someone has stolen copper from the mast.

I did complain & got half my monthly line rental refunded.

Just wondering whether all this had been resolved?

I'm with Orange and have more or less given up attempting to use my present cheapo LG phone to go online, but I'm due an upgrade which will be to a smart phone (San Diego intel) which I've not had before.

It's a good deal for me with a free phone and only ten quid a month (250mg internet, 200 minutes, 300 texts), but before I handcuff myself into a two year contract again, have people found the reception on Orange OK with smart phones in this area, or should I be looking to change from Orange even if I have to pay more?

    • It's a yellow card Now, bookings went in the 70s.  Unless you are talking about Hawaii.
    • Happy to recommend Leon. He supplied and fitted a new bathroom extractor for me. Very quick to quote, fair price, scheduled the work quickly, good communications regarding arrival time on the day, did the job efficiently, and was pleasant to deal with throughout.
    • It's been suggested that he may be on drugs because some like ecstasy makes one thirsty. Was that why he stole the bottle of water? But what is strange is that he went in via the front door and reached in towards the rear. He then tilted the rear seat backrests forward so that he could reach right into the back. He did this rather than open a rear or the rear hatch. Go figure! It's my wife's car and she says she always, I RPT,  always locks it. Incidentally, our neighbour no longer locks his car because he has had a side window smashed twice now because of thieves breaking in.
