This huge tom has been coming round our front hunting for food for about 2 weeks now. He's VERY hungry, and NOT AT ALL people friendly.

Is he yours?

I think he's feral, and if he is, I'll arrange to trap, neuter and release him through Celia Hammond.

But obviously not if he belongs to someone.

Has anyone met him before or know if he has a home?

Thanks Sue. We have 3 rescues, so don't like to think of others in hardship.

I'm kinda hoping he's just a grumpy bugger and actually lives with humans, but I don't think he does.

Ok last ditch attempt before I neuter and try to rehome this guy:

I?m 99% sure this guy is a feral, but is this your cat?

He?s been sitting outside our house for a few weeks now, always coming from the Milo Road direction. He?s not ear clipped and doesn?t look neutered, so if he isn?t claimed, I?m going to arrange a trap, neuter and release/rehome.

Does anyone recognise him as a stray, and if so, do you know where he sleeps? If he?s not suitable for rehoming, I?ll make a winter shelter for him.

Will put posters up round the area this week if I don?t get any hits.

Hi MrsCrathew

Which road are you on? I don't suppose you would know where he sleeps? Weather is definitely turning and if he's not suitable for rehoming, I'm going to try to make him a winter shelter to make his life a little more comfortable.

    • But a larger number, in a more hotly contested election, didn't. It is an anomaly that Starmer won a landslide in seats with a turnout for Labour which would have shamed Labour leaders in all the 21st and much of the post war 20th century.
    • I was not suggesting anything else!   I'm not sure how you interpret what I said  as "irrelevant"? I was responding to a post saying that Corbyn was "unelectable". My point was that a  large number  of the electorate  voted for him!
    • that's exactly what happened - Brickhouse were forced to close due to rent hike and then Gail's didn't move in until covid restrictions lifted and normality resumed. Gail's would have opened much sooner as they were lined up and able to offer the landlord much higher rents. Brickhouse was a local favourite
    • The Brickhouse closed just before Covid December 2019. Nothing to do with Gails muscling in as they didn't move into till December 2022. Stop trying to fit a false narrative into a story
