Yoga Classes

There is a brilliant Hatha Yoga Class at Ivydale School, Ivydale Rd run by Catherine Arnold. It's at 7.30pm on a Monday evening and is great. She also does pregnancy yoga on a Tuesday evening followed by another class. I think pregnancy yoga starts at 7 and the second class at 8.30 but it would be best to contact her on [email protected] because I'm not sure those times are accurate.

Yoga is the most nourishing thing you can do for you and your body/mind/soul whether you are pregnant or not, come along and enjoy some 'you-time' stretch, breathe and relax, and leave feeling energised! Whether you want to tone up or destress, yoga will change your life for the better!

Enjoy the sunshine!!

Hi, I'm interested in having a go at your Hatha yoga class (Buchanan hall) Tuesday nights if you have any spaces available of course. If possible can you send me some details please? Such as cost what to wear etc. I've not done much yoga. Maybe these classes will be to advanced for me. Should you have a place in your class for me I could come on the 17th March.

Thanks,

Liana

    • Yes..that may be the case but membership STARTING at £115 a month is still unafforable for many. Council gyms also have a large range of equipment and I had a  PT at Dulwich leisure centre when I was in Full Time employment who was incredible and even kept in contact during lockdown giving me a program I could do at home and checking in weekly at no charge or personal gain for herself. I dont doubt that Fit For may be a good gym (Its been in situ long enough so must be doing something right) However the cost of membership means it is affordable for the few not the many. If I could afford that kind of fee I would rather get a train to Canary Wharf and go to Virgin active where theres a pool and incredible classes and facilities
    • This sounds great 👍
    • We found a red TREK bike yesterday that had clearly been stolen and dumped. Would love to reunite it with its owner. Get in touch if you know whose it is.
    • Hey, I am interested. I had started a club last year however everyone slowly dropped off but I am always up for morning runs and some evening runs too.
