katie1997
My not-so-secret top pub for food near London Bridge is the freehouse, Simon the Tanner on Long Lane. Fabulous quality food, seasonal, British and great service too. A hidden gem of a place, highly recommended. KidKruger
The Royal Oak on I think Tabard St does sort of trad pub food, ale drinkers pub, not a flashy bar. snowboarder
SO many choices. The leather exchange on Leathermarket st used to be good for gastro pub type food. There's the Garrison on Bermondsey st too. Lunchtime or evening? The Southwark Tavern on corner of Borough Market used to do quite nice food but I wouldn't bother in the evenings - too busy. A few other places on Bermondsey St including the fab Jose and Pizarro spanish places.
