nurseries near loughborough junction/brixton?

hi!

can anyone recommend a decent nursery within walking distance of loughborough junction overground or brixton tube?

already had a look at 2nd steps on coldharbour lane.. anyone got kids there and how do you find it?

any advice appreciated!

Hi Rebecca

There's Lilford Nursery which is a few minutes walk from Loughborough Junction. I don't know much about the nursery, but they do pick-ups from a few local primary schools.

My little one is at "The Nest' Pre-school at Longfield Hall, Minet Road. It is a lovely place for 2.5 years to 5's.

You may need more than the part-time hours they do, 5 mornings with 3 afternoons.

It is also a very popular, so it depends when you need the place for?

sorry should have said ? my little boy is only a few weeks old and looking for somewhere for him for when i go back to work so needs to be somewhere that takes babies (he'll probably be about 9 months when i go back).

will keep lilford/the nest in mind for the future though!
