yummumbums Posted November 10, 2019 Share Posted November 10, 2019 We?ve just had 2 reasonably well dressed ladies knock our door and ask if we know anyone who speaks Portuguese! It wasn't clear if they were looking for a specific Portuguese person or Portuguese speakers in general.I suggested they post on here rather than go house to house!It didn't really occur to me until now that they might have some ulterior motive.I thought the second person was a child, but I only caught a glimpse of them from the back,so it could have been a quite small adult. I guessed at the time they were cold-calling on behalf of some church, probably a Brazil-based cultish one like the Universal Church Of The Kingdom Of God or whatever.
