It was parked at a busy junction, not in Nunhead...I've seen it before, parked in St James's. Always has a police guard.

That's the car, the silver one. Still wondering whose car it is though. Just thought it was odd, that if you merit a police guard, you would be drawing attention to yourself by sitting parked on red lines at a busy junction for an hour, with the police car lights flashing. Not inconspicuous. Person also seems to spend a lot of time driving about London, although I guess I must also spend a lot of time noticing that car.
