Remove any branches, bushes or other obstructions blocking the satellite dish, or move it to another place. ETA: Could you post a note through his neighbour's letterbox explaining the situation and saying that if they do not trim the bushes by a certain date (giving them reasonable notice) then you will arrange for it to be done? Or words to that effect?

Actually Idcaca has made quite a few posts on here, none of them apparently trolling.

My signal stopped working a few weeks ago. I had to get an engineer out who said the problem was "more leaves had grown on a nearby tree." He moved the dish and it worked again. I had to pay ?65 but Sky gave me compensation in the form of reducing my monthly bill for the next six months.
