Did you know that as well as the traditional Pilates classes, there's also Dynamic Pilates?


Using all the principles of Pilates throughout, the class is a high intensity but low impact, cardio & strength class, (using optional, light hands weights too).


Combining functional standing exercises (squats, lunges, balance work), with a Pilates core conditioning practise resulting in an energetic, dynamic cardiovascular & core workout, finishing with a well deserved relaxation section.


All equipment is provided with a maximum of 15 places per class to allow for more individual instruction.


Classes take place in term-term on Thursdays - 9.30-10.30am
