A small, slower paced class in Dulwich Village.

Come along & reap the benefits of Pilates in a friendly, local group class.

Pilates promotes wellbeing with exercises that will help improve your breathing, strength, flexibility, balance & core stability, enabling you to move well & move more!

I am a Body Control Pilates qualified & experienced instructor & I aim to enable my class participants to develop their own understanding of the pilates exercises & their individual requirements, so they can incorporate the benefits into other daily activities.
