KidKruger
Is it still possible to go from ED to Waterloo by train (via LB) or has Olympics affected /stopped that journey ?I'd heard something about restrictions at LB regarding being able to/not being able to board certain trains there.. Bic Basher
The interchange bridge from the Southern platforms and platform 6 are still open as normal. It was only on July 30th that Platforms 1-6 were exit only during the evening. EPB
It takes about 30 minutes from LL to Waterloo on the 176 bus. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/25018-ed-to-waterloo-by-train/#findComment-567593 Share on other sites

KidKruger
OK thanks journey made, and back.I considered bus, in fact I was on 176 anyway when I read Bic's response, so got off at ED station to catch train - I feared 176 delays nearer central London. Caught my train with 5 mins to spare -phew. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/25018-ed-to-waterloo-by-train/#findComment-567670 Share on other sites
njc97
KK - you're fine for now. When the major rebuilding works begin at LB, the Charing X trains will cease stopping there are go straight through instead.
