Yet more praise for this excellent establishment today. Overall there have been dozens of posts on the East Dulwich Forum praising the Dulwich Supermarket for their stock selection, competetive prices, and friendly customer service.

But all this praise has been spread (buried) over a large number of threads. If it had all been consolidated in one thread it would have made a greater impact.

where abouts on the lane is it? is it new?

It is on the same parade as Cafe Nero opposite East Dulwich Deli- and no it is not new has been there forever (also in it's previous incarnation as Andreas's- which I have to admit I still call it). The people who run it are really great (when my daughter was buying stuff for a cake she wanted to make and found she did not have enough money they let her take the shopping and bring the money in next time she called)- and the range of food they stock is fantastic - whatever esoteric indredient you need for the most elaborate recipe - I always find it there.

its always been a cracking little joint,but what does it for me is walking in and smelling all the different aromas which fill the air.
