Caught the final version in 4OD last night - not the same watching it on your computer. Thought it ended very interestingly with a sting in the tail; there were some holes but I'll leave it there.

And surely it should be left there, with the audience wondering and questioning. Please tell me that they are not serious about further series.

I have enjoyed all of Damages, but I still think the first 2 seasons were easily the strongest.

I've now done season 1 of Homeland, and thought it was pretty good. Half way through season 2, and after a promising start, I am starting to worry it's going to get shit.

Peter Quinn has instantly been promoted to favourite character.

Saul, who previously held it, has slipped a few positions, but I suspect he has a plan.

Carrie, understandably upset, though seemingly unable to spot the bleedin' obvious that she brought it on herself, is about as annoying as can be.

Although winner of most pointlessly annoying plotline of all time defeinitely goes to the tedium that is Brodie's family sans Brodie. I mean they were barely worth the effort before that though at least they had critical roles in the first series. But why oh why Mr Took, are they still here?!?!?!?

    • So of you're in a coffee shop and the barista is rude to you you wouldn't complain as long as you had received your coffee?
    • OP, you've got to relax a bit. Multidrop delivery is a total nightmare and the delivery drivers are woefully underpaid. We as a society all want to order stuff online and for it to be delivered quickly and cheaply. The square gets circled by allowing companies like Evri to have sham contracting arrangements. None of this is your fault OP but the delivery person is just trying to get through their workload as quickly as possible. Delivery is not, historically, an industry with large profit margins. “The only way it can be profitable is if you underpay the person who is the courier, by not treating them as an employee, by not paying taxes, by not paying their insurance, by refusing to give them sick pay or cover them if they have an accident or train them,” says Prof Annabelle Gawer, the director of the Centre of Digital Economy at the University of Surrey. “That is where the ‘savings’ are coming from.” https://www.theguardian.com/society/2022/mar/01/the-hidden-life-of-a-courier-13-hour-days-rude-customers-and-big-dreams
