Jeremy
We actually found that KFH were a lot better than the first agent we used, and managed to get us a lot more viewings. They're quite proactive with contacting buyers on their books and suggesting properties for them to view. However, I do think that KFH sometimes over-value properties, which of course would make it hard to sell. veryseriousgirl
We also switched to KFH after sacking our first agent - found them to be professional, helpful, and most importantly, showing the right people around our house to get it sold. esme
We used Winkworth and they were lovely but we bought through KFH and had mostly good experiences tho found Alistair a bit bolshy, Trudi (now at Dulwich Village branch) was lovely and helped us through most of the process before he took over... Would recommend Winkworth and they have lower fees! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/26440-kfh/#findComment-588216 Share on other sites
Hickory
Would also agree with Esme's comment - found Alistair way too bolshy and salesy. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/26440-kfh/#findComment-719001 Share on other sites
