Local gyms

Hi guys

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for local gyms in the East Dulwich area? Looking for something fairly cheap but with a good free weights section (ideally a squat rack or two).

I probably won't join for a while with what look like increased restrictions coming in, but would like to start thinking about options.

Thanks

Flaxmans in Camberwell or Metroflex in Lower Sydenham both have excellent free weights sections. The latter is an old school body building gym.

The Gym in Peckham, near the entrance to the cinema.

Is cheap and has a good freeweights area, though sometimes it's busy of course.

I think they've offers on as many people are cancelling their membership at the moment, which is understandable.

    • Thank you. Based on what's happened so far, I'd prefer my own surveyor for a totally independent view. I really just want peace of mind to ensure the work is done properly. It's not in my interest to delay it unnecessarily but ironically, if my neighbour continues down this road, i will delay things further!   I'll speak to the council and freeholder on Monday.   Thank you!

I have sat on committees with police and ASB officer have worked together to try and solve issues with neighbours. I will look at my records to see if I can find the name of the officer - it was a woman.
