Garden Office / Gym

After a recommendation to have an insulated garden building that can be used as an office or gym.

I know there are few companies that specialise in this sort of thing but they are very expensive, and I?m sure any competent builder could do the same for a fraction of the price. I?m looking for a recommendation of a builder, company that have done a lot of these type of ?sheds?.
