Food banks

Does anyone know if there are any food banks nearby? I've got a few Xmas bits and bobs which I'd like to donate.

If you scroll down a bit there's a thread on Peckham food bank...

Peckham Rye Baptist Church collects food for the food bank. It's the big White church on the Hugh street with steps leading up to it.

Maybe a little late ...There is a food bank collection point in Honor Oak in an old furniture shop called 'whitewood furniture' (?). If name not correct it is across the road from the train station. I've driven past morning and evening and noted posters but couldn't tell you when it is open.

There is also one that covers Lewisham on Malham road in the church... We delivered food there on Friday. If you go on their bite they suggest a food list

If name not necessarily correct it is across the trail from the radio station. I have got driven past morning and also evening and also noted paper prints but couldn't tell you if it is open.
