There is a group cycle room at Peckham Pulse (just behind Peckham Library).

There are multiple classes every day and the standard of the teachers are great - you really feel like you're getting a good workout!

The bikes all have digital displays too.

Highly recommend Peckham Pulse Indoor spin classes. good choice of times (monday - sunday) and different instructors who help mix up your work out and push you a bit further.

Any class where I can burn off 400 cals in 45 mins is a winner for me, makes me feel better about the cake and biscuits that seem to fall into my mouth!!!

    • ...and so, 4 years on from the "dramatic planning meeting" that approved the "meganursery", how has it all worked out in reality? The building looks nice from the outside - but I don't know anything more. Did either of the nursery businesses on EDG fail because there was no demand for nursery places in East Dulwich? Did Carmageddon on East Dulwich Grove get worse? Were pre-COVID work patterns abandoned forever (lol)? Were some of the concerns expressed in opposition to the planning application a teensy bit overblown...? https://southwarknews.co.uk/area/southwark/mega-nursery-approved-amid-dramatic-planning-meeting/

    • Reading The words 'Artisan'  and 'Curated' when refering to my 'Breakfast Bundle' frankly make me feel a bit..🤢
    • I would recommend Coopers bakehouse, which offer a similar service to B&C but it’s just focussed on really good bread, decent prices and keeps for ages (also freezes well).  Delivered by bike.
