Attic boarding/ladder

Hi--We used Graham from Use A Loft to move our loft hatch, make it bigger and install the ladder. He did all of this the same day that he came out to quote and he was not only efficient but friendly and cleaned up before he left. He's the best workman we've had in our flat (and we've had a lot done). His website is: http://www.usealoft.com/ and we found him via this forum so you could look at other recommendations for him as well.

Just wanted to add our recommendation for Graham from usealoft. We picked up his name from this thread and a few others on EDF and decided to give him a go.

Graham came to our place to cut out a brand new hatch, install a new loft ladder and board the attic (including adding a light)

Very friendly guy. Upfront and competitive prices and, most importantly of all, he did an excellent job for us. Extremely pleased :-)

    • To put this over dramatic and somewhat gleeful post in context, the policy has not "failed at first hurdle." "It is just a temporary decision. The judge granted a pause of at least 14 days so the man, who is not being named for legal reasons and arrived in the UK on a small boat last month, could provide evidence of his claim that he has been a victim of modern day slavery." from BBC website

    • Is  the  decision by the High Court not to  deport an Eritrean man  to France on Wednesday anything other than a massive boost for Farage and reform. Farage has made a commitment for the UK to exit the ECHR which limits the independence of our justice system The UK Government’s “one in, one out” has failed at the first hurdle - just as the Rwanda scheme did under the Tories. To make it even more embarrassing is that the accommodation for deportees   in Rwanda paid for by the UK is now being used by the USA for its deportees. If we are to have Farage thrust upon us as a result of such judicial decisions, then God help us.
