HELP with my Computer

Hi

Unable to find the details of my old pc person, so im asking for someone else to help me.

Problem with my laptop is when i go into my personal files message says "Windows explorer has stoppped working" then it restarts. i have scanned for corupt files and it has come back that there are some but the computer is unable to sort it out....so i need a professional to help me now as im getting really annoyed....
