Adult improver swimming lessons wanted

I'm not sure if this is the right place on the forum for this but I need help!

I've been trying to find a swimming teacher for months now with no luck. I need just a few lessons (3-5 probably) to help me learn front crawl and breathing techniques.

I'm going to be doing an open water 5k in September and while I can swim without sinking, I am definitely not doing it right!

Does anyone know any local swimming teachers? I'm a member of Forest Hill Pools so ideally the lessons would be there but will travel within a mile or so of ED.

I think at the moment it might be hard to find a pool (other than a private one) that would allow it. A friend of mine who was a swimming teacher had to change career during the first lockdown.

I'd be interested too-fearful adult who has had lessons (in front crawl) but very nervous swimming out of depth and cant conquer the breathing thing so can only swim as far as I can hold my breath!

Prior to Covid I was having lessons in a small group at the Dulwich pool.

I don't know if the teacher does private lessons, but you could ask at reception?
