Kwik-Fit - excellent service this afternoon

Just had amazing service at Kwik-Fit this afternoon. Flat tyre - thought I would need a new one, but it was fixed very quickly and I paid under ?12. The staff were attentive and very polite - great experience all round.

Thought they did punctures for free?

pleased you had a good experience. I have not used kwik fit in ED but will try them now as in the past have found KF very hit and miss. Eg, New Kent Road, a miss and beyond terrible with an exhaust 'guarantee' saga that went on for months, but Shepherds Bush a total hit, fixing a wiper failure in the snow of 2012, that took ages to work out and for nothing more than a tip, totally brilliant. in my experience, it's all down to the staff in the branch.
