Virgin Media down?

Is anyone else having problems with Virgin Media tv today, or is it just us? (Goodrich Road, Lordship Lane end).

Our TV went down 4 or 5 hours ago - we have 2 V6 boxes - both were u/s - Later came back in a limited fashion but still unable to receive many channels...

I called Virgin, recorded message says engineers are working to fix it, didn't day when it would be fixed.

On my daily run today, I saw three open virgin media cabinets (green roadside box with lots of thick black coax cables inside) ... a vandal could cut the cables and kill half the street for a week or two, water ingress could also break connections

Please, if you reliant on internet access for home working switch to someone who runs over the BT network, virgin are utterly useless
