If you are talking about the IPE - then Its a shouty brash closed shop full of vulgar wankers who have the potential to make more money in a year that most can in a lifetime.

if you are talking about banks / trading Houses, then its another matter

Its small and everybody knows each other - whether that good or bad is open to question.
