Holiday suggestions

We are looking to go away in mid June with our son who will be 14 months old. We went to Martinhal in October which was amazing. Is there anywhere similar to that else where that people could recommend????

We haven't been to Matinhal (yet!) but just looked at it's website and it looks very similar to Sani, which was fantastic. We went with our son who was 22 months at the time, and stayed in the Porto Sani Village part, but the whole complex was great, and totally geared for families.

We are going here in Sardinia in mid June with our 3 year old and 7 month old. I don't think it's quite a swish as Martinhal but my husband didn't fancy a 'resort' as such and we have always wanted to go to Sardinia. Beaches are supposed to be fabulous for children and we love Italian food.

We are going to Croatia with our 6mth old in June. We are staying here http://www.lafodiahotel.com/en/hotel.php?id=19

They can arrange private taxi and boat transfers from the airport to the hotel in just over an hour. There are lots of islands, but we are staying on Lopud because it has a sandy beach and is a car free island. Just a few golf carts to get about on.

We were in Croatia last year with our 1.5 year old and it was great!

Now at 2.5 these suggestions look fabulous, I think I am just craving some sunshine!

I-escape is a fab site with kids section on travel. We've stayed at three hotels recommended by them and never been let down. We've been back to hotel Puig in Majorca four times.
