I'll be letting an unfurnished, 3 bedroom flat from week commencing 29th August.

It's 1176 square foot first floor flat, with a beautiful maintained shared garden.

Its currently being completely refurbished to a very high standard so I can't attach photos (yet), although I've attached the floor plan.

Located on Honor Oak Road next to the Horniman, it's a 2 minute walk from Forest Hill Station.

I'm looking for long term tenants, so minimum contract of 1 year at £2300pcm. No pets.

  A slightly delayed review but another one to echo Niko's praises. I had an issue with a cistern that needed replacing and Niko was attentive and did a great job. He was very diligent, explained what he was doing and fixed issues from a previous plumber's work. I will definitely ask for his help again if I have any issues in the future.

  Used John to plaster the hallway ceiling in my house, he arrived on time and did the job to a very high standard. He tidied up after himself (my wife was super impressed) . The price was as agreed and I could not recommend John enough. I would 100% use his skills again.
