kittysailing
How do I work out how far certain streets are - there must be an app - or do I have to get my trundle wheel out... oimissus
we did it with a compass - in fact, if you want to come over I have the map with all the distances marked on it! (But that's from last year's figures, I think Renata said on the current thread that this year's figures don't get released until later on this year.) Renata Hamvas
It was 498m. 30 of the 60 places went to siblings. All Southwark community primaries measure distances as the crow flies, so distances measured on foot are much larger. You could use something like freemaptools, which gives you postcode to postcode as the crow flies distances (you need to have it set to Km). This wil give you an approximate idea as to how far you are from a school.Renata Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/31728-lyndhurst-school-catchment/#findComment-640786 Share on other sites
kittysailing
Thanks - good tool Renata - depressing results for me tho! do you have furthest distance for this year's Goose Green and and Bellenden? I know Dog Kennel stretched to Talfourd rd this year but itwas a bulge year no? What's the chances of Lyndhurst bulging next year?
