Would be surprised, the last one (the closing down gallery now I think) lasted 2-3 yrs.

I think it would be highly risky for SE22 given the 10's of ?1000's in business rates and property leasing.

There's already a stall on saturdays down the market which covers reggae, ska and funk - good 'wrecka stow' IMO.

This sounds very promising... Any idea what kind of stuff it will cover? 50s esoterica and 60s psych may be a bit specialist for me to wish for, but something other than the Coldplay back-catalogue for a fiver and Ministry of Sound compilations would definitely be good to see..

Was very pleasantly surprised by the CDs on offer in Roullier White, of all places.. A very limited selection, but clearly hand-picked by somebody with a keen appreciation of alt.country/power-pop, with acts like The New Pornographers and Josh Rouse that I wouldn't ever expect to find in a (what I shouldn't but can't resist describing as) basically a fancy kitchen/homeware shop..

    • I mean if its going on for a long time I would think just having a talk to them over coffee would help.seems like they are freehold owners if they've been living there for a long time so i would advise not reporting them to the police since you will be stuck with them for a long time to come
