land registry plans for leasehold property

I need someone to draw up plans tgat will be approved by the land registry. Anyone with experience of this? Cost and timescales? Thanks

PlanLondon located above Foxtons. Some of my clients have used them in the past and they have been quite quick in producing the plans and no problems with Land Registry compliance
