cactus
Help out with a local Parkrun on Saturday mornings? Herne Hill Velodrome used to take volunteers, not sure if still the case. Local Scout/Cubs/Beavers often need extra help with their weekly sessions. My teenager volunteered with West Norwood Feast community market, for his Bronze/Silver/Gold hours, setting up the stalls, giving out leaflets, tidying the site, helping at the information stall etc. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/339723-doe-volunteering-ideas/#findComment-1653165 Share on other sites

Renata Hamvas
The Salvation Army shop in Nunhead take D of E volunteers as do some other charity shops. The Friends of Nunhead Cemetery take volunteers for their workdays (first Sunday of the month from 10-4) if your child likes physical outdoor work.
