Yes it has.

Starts 9pm.

Don't know what the rest is but Filthy Boy who are headlining are excellent, from what I've seen of them on YouTube.

We're going. It's free.

In my day going to a pub for good music meant driving into the wilderness to a little out of the way place where you could see treats like Clannad or The Furey Brothers or even Paul Brady. This was only a few miles from home. Going to the pub otherwise was to meet your friends for drinks and talk. Karaoke wasn't invented.

Don't know what a pub full of tossers is nowadays as I don't really frequent very often. It funny how people on here often write about places with great athmosphere. What does that mean apart from being able to breath the air?

    • Steve used to joke that my old VW Golf kept them in business. I've got a more reliable car now so maybe that's why they are closing. Sad day.
    • Is Dell Autos closing down completely or just moving? For whatever it's worth, for MOTs I've had good recent experience with The Test Centre in Deptford. They only do MOTs so they don't have any particular incentive to fail you and they usually have same day appointments. Open 7 days a week and late. https://www.thetestcentre.co.uk/our-test-centres/deptford-branch/ Obviously you would still need a "normal" garage to do servicing and repairs etc.
    • So what is the issue? You want compensation for the loss of value, or you want to expedite the matter?
    • No. What happened? I actually thought, considering it was what we used to call Guy Fawkes Day last night, the loud noises from  fireworks ended remarkably early. About 9pm? Maybe I just fell asleep and didn't hear any later ones. Do people actually burn Guys any more? Apart from at places like Lewes, where I believe they still have Bonfire Societies and burn effigies of various political figures etc.
