Quite AqM - just annoyed I predicted a West Ham win but at 2-1, thought they might manage a goal! How silly!

There's a new Ox in town.

Oh... and this...

HAAAA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HAAAAA.....!

Yup. But looking like we are trying to win an away game against a top team is a refreshing change. Selecting a 16 year old against the Arse in your first premiership game as a manager...BFS's style?. Billie even had the grace to say BFS left him a decent squad, something that old self serving W*nker would never have done, spread the credit.

You haven't had a that doghs1t tosser acting like he's too big for your club for 4 years.

Good Fooking riddance. Of course it will go pear shaped at some point (I wasn't impressed mid-week) but not today COYI

Spoken like a true veteran of the West Ham asylum.

Know what you mean RC but I'd rather him than Nolan - the youngsters could learn a thing or two from him now he's not such a loony.

Thought I'd mentioned him before - searched his name and found this post from 2011-

"...Perhaps he could persuade Joey Barton (no, wait, just think about it for a minute) to come and add the 'spirit'? When Parker goes we'll need a strong captain and Barton is mature enough for that now. They should go after him - he's not getting in the England team anyway (history) so what does he have to lose? Who else is after him?"

I know that was four years ago but he may still have something to offer.

I told our resident WH fan that Barton was on his way

and he seemed to think some kind of trouble causer was

coming to destroy their great start to the season :)

    • Many thanks to the woman who looked after our old deaf Miniature Schnauzer who got separated from us in the park this morning. And thank you to the man who alerted us . My husband is very relieved and grateful. If any one knows who these people are please say thank you as he didn't get their names.
    • why do we think we have the right for the elected local council to be transparent?
    • Granted Shoreditch is still London, but given that the council & organisers main argument for the festival is that it is a local event, for local people (to use your metaphor), there's surprisingly little to back this up. As Blah Blah informatively points out, this is now just a commercial venture with no local connection. Our park is regarded by them as an asset that they've paid to use & abuse. There's never been any details provided of where the attendees are from, but it's still trotted out as a benefit to the local community.  There's never been any details provided of any increase in sales for local businesses, but it's still trotted out as a benefit to the local community.  There's promises of "opportunities" for local people & traders to work at the festival, but, again, no figures to back this up. And lastly, the fee for the whole thing goes 100% to running the Events dept, and the dozens of free events that no-one seems able to identify, and, yes, you guessed it - no details provided for by the council. So again, no tangible benefit for the residents of the area.
