Didn't boo. Leicster were pretty impressive, Payet too but we had a load of possession with very little penetration - we could have done with Andy Carroll TBH as their big defenders were more than a match for an isolated Sahko and they hit us on the breaks.

Sorry, I wasn't referring to people on here.

I was just thinking aloud after watching the guys on TV after the match. They were all predicting City to finish above Chelsea.......because of the 2 games so far.

Ok. The bookies are the same, they now have City as clear favs, but in their defence they do react to the market, so people are obviously getting carried away and putting money on City...a long way to go yet

Pedro is mates with Valdes, and probably knows De Gea too, and we all know how they must be feeling right now, so they are likely to influence Pedro more than Stoichov. But you've also got Mata and Herrera who are very happy at Utd, so who knows.

The Manchester Evening News who are usually ahead of the nationals are reporting that LVG pulled the plug on the deal and Chelsea then stepped in...

He's an absolute steal at ?21m and CEO Ed Woodward flew out on Monday to supposedly seal the deal. What happened in the space of 24hrs? I'm just hoping they have someone better lined up and not LVG being capricious...again.
